The landlord for the project is Executive Office Properties and the term of the lease is 11 years. Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord in the transaction and Peter Danna and Ogden White of CB Richard Ellis represented Regus.

Park amenities include a fitness facility, restaurant, full-service bank, a Cyber Park which allows users to plug-in and work outdoors, conference facilities, and has 24-hour staffed security with after-hours patrols and card key access system.
